Travel Tour Package and Pass FAQS We have attempted to answer many questions that
you may have regarding how you receive your Tour and/
or Passes or Vouchers. Most tours and some passes and discount cards are
available upon purchase as an Electronic Voucher, which you in turn will print out from your home or office
computer's printer. When you
arrive at your destination, then you will REDEEM your
vouchers at the noted locations. Other Passes
such as the Paris Viste Pass, Museum Pass are plastic credit type passes
and PLEASE allow enough time
for them to be sent to you at your home or office.
Certain products on TourPackagers are
available as Electronic Vouchers. These Vouchers can be
redeemed for the Actual Passes once in the city that
your are using their services.

such as the Museum passes are actual plastic credit card like
passes that must be purchased in advance and mailed to you at
your home or office.
WHY
should I select to print out Electronic
Vouchers
versus receiving Actual Passes? Because
Electronic Vouchers
are very convenient for several reasons:
Last minute shopping: You may not have the time to
receive the Actual Passes via mail. Printing you own
vouchers and redeeming them once over in the city that you
are traveling to is the perfect solution.
Saves on costly shipping: You do not get charged for
shipping when you select Vouchers as you actually print the
Vouchers on your home or office printer.
Safe and Secure: Vouchers are only available for 1
product per person, for the duration time that you will be
traveling (set by yourself during the online order process)
and for the bearer's name printed on the voucher.
LOST
VOUCHERS:
If
you lose your voucher, you may simply go back to the web store
where you purchased it - log in with your email address and
password and re-print it.
REDEMPTION INSTRUCTION:
All tours, hotels, transfers, and shows are operated by
third party IN-COUNTRY EXCURSIONISTS that we have selected and
have been working with over the years. All Excursions,
sightseeing, Tours booked via our web sites and affiliate web
sites will always generate a confirmation email and in most
cases, the printing of a confirmation voucher to be redeemed in
person at the Tour Departure's location. Please see
specific 'Bus Tours and Mini-Bus
Tours Information'.
You
must PRINT
this/these Official Voucher(s) and take and them along on your
trip; It is your proof of purchase. You will be able to access
your voucher in your online itinerary once your booking is
confirmed. Once in the city where your have purchased your
vouchers for, these vouchers can only be redeemed at
the
locations mentioned below.
Your vouchers will be redeemed upon presentation of proper
identification (Passport – Drivers License) of all name bearers
on the Voucher(s).
PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE PROPER IDENTIFICATION WITH YOU
AT THE TIME OF REDEEMING YOUR VOUCHER FOR ACTUAL PASSES.
You will also be asked to SIGN AND DATE your voucher in order to
receive your passes.
Vouchers are nontransferable. They are valid only for the
travelers listed on the voucher.
Vouchers are valid for redemption only by the person(s) named at
the time of purchasing. They are not transferable, have no cash
value, and may be redeemed only once. Vouchers may not be
redeemed anywhere but at the redemption locations mentioned on
the vouchers themselves. Vouchers may not be redeemed outside
the valid dates shown on the Vouchers themselves. EUROQUEST LLC
and its affiliated companies are not liable for any loss,
injury, damage or delay to any person or any property connected
with the use of vouchers. The passes cannot be extended or
reimbursed for any reason. The rule applies in the event of
closure of service for public holidays or unforeseen events
[strikes, etc.]. Passes may not be returned or exchanged.
Vouchers do not include entrance fees to museums or monuments
and do not entitle users to use the transportation network. Children under 4 ride free of charge.
If you are planning on purchasing a Paris
Visite & Metro Pass, please note this important
information. French-at a-touch is based in the United
States. The passes can be express shipped to you if you
need them quickly, but only if you live in the U. S.
However, if you live in England, Australia, Germany,
Spain or elsewhere in Europe or the world, then the
express shipping option is not available to those persons
outside of the U.S. Therefore, these passes are only
available in Voucher form, and must be picked up at the Paris
Tourism Office or as noted for each specific pass or discount
card.

MINIBUS TOURS will pick you up and return you to your hotel upon
completion of your tour.
