Tracking Transfers
We track your flight on the internet so we are aware if you will
be arriving late. If you are 1 hour late or even
6 hours late we will
have a driver for you at the airport, so please make sure you
call the toll free number provided in your booking upon your
arrival. However, if your flight arrives late after our
normal working hours, [after 8 pm], go directly to the the
pre-arranged meeting spot. We will have done our best [cannot guarantee] to arrange for a driver to pick you up there.

Booking Procedures -
Important to Read:
French regulations oblige shuttle drivers to carry a manifest of
pre-reserved passengers, before being permitted to enter the airports
complexes. Thus, contrary to the US, bookings for a transfer service in
Paris must always be made in advance. Online bookings can be
made up to 24 hours in advance for shared and private minivan [minibus]
service. For a Peugeot 607, online bookings require a 7 day
notice. Bookings for 15 passenger minibus and 49 passenger coach can be
made online more than 15 days in advance. |

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
PROCEDURES : ORLY - ROISSY - BEAUVAIS
For a shared shuttle service, all customers must call our
toll free number when they arrive in baggage claim at the airport. We ask you to
call because we want to be sure you are in the airport, and to verify your
location. Sometimes, airlines will change arrival terminals at the
last moment, or you might be held up with luggage problems. Calling us
ensures that the first driver is available, or that he will wait for you
as long as needed, until you exit customs. Our toll free number, 0800 CDG
ORY (0800 234 679), is available from any public France
Telecom booth, just pick up the receiver (no change or phone card is
needed) and dial the number. The dispatch agent will tell you where
to find the pick up location where you will find your driver. If you wish
to call us on your mobile, you cannot use the toll free number and
must call us on +33 (0)1 43 65 55 55.
For private minivan service, Peugeot 607, 15 passenger minibus and 49
passenger coach, your driver will meet and greet you at custom's
exit with your name on a sign. In the improbable case where your driver is
not waiting at custom's exit, please call our toll free number
and you will be directed to the appropriate exit where your vehicle will
be waiting for you.
For all departures, it is important to confirm with us your pick up time
and location. Please make sure you call us at least 24 hours prior
to your departure on the toll free number, either from your hotel room, or
from any public France Telecom phone booth in Paris : 0800 234
679. It is mandatory to call us because it is sometimes difficult for us
to reach you at the hotel, and messages are not always forwarded.

meet all the safety requirements of the French Ministry of

Q. What is your toll-free number ? Why do I have to call when I
arrive ?
A. Our toll-free number is 0800 CDG ORY (0800 234 679). You must
call when you arrive so that we can send you the first driver
available. The number is useful especially if you are
held up with luggage problems : just give us a call and we will ask your driver
to
wait for you a bit longer.
Q. How do I call from the Airport ?
A. You can call from any public phone at the airport, no cards or
coins are required, just pick up the receiver and dial 0800 CDG ORY
(0800 234 679).
Q. What happens if my arriving flight is delayed ?
A. We track your flight on the internet so we are aware if you will
be arriving late. If you are 1 hour late or 6 hours late we will have a driver
for you at the airport, so please make sure you call

Q. How come I get the answering machine when I call after 11pm or
before 7am ?
A. If you get the answering machine that means our office is
closed. If you arrive before 7am or after 11pm go directly to the pre-arranged
pick up spot indicated on your confirmation, the
driver will be waiting for you.
Q. What do I do if someone at the airport proposes to take me into
Paris ?
A. You must be aware that drivers operate at the airports without
authorisations or proper insurance, and you may be charged more than
you arranged with us when you arrive at your
destination. Make sure you get in a van with “Airport Connection” signs on the
side. Also,
if you leave with another car than ours from the
airport, we may have to charge your credit card.
Q. Where do I find the Airport Connection van when I arrive ?
A. Please go to the “Pick-up spots” page.
Q. What color are your vans ?
A. Our vans are dark green or dark blue, and have “Airport
Connection” marked on the sides. Have a look at our our vans in photo above.
Q Should I tip the driver ? How much ?
A. It is at your discretion to tip the driver or not. If you are
happy with the service he gave you, it is customary to tip between 10-15%.
Q. How many stops does the van make ?
A. The van will do a maximum of three stops after your pick
up in Paris. When you arrive at CDG or Orly the van generally takes less
people and stops maximum twice before you are dropped
off. Our dispatchers do their best to get you to your destination in the least
possible time.
Q. What airports do you serve ? Do you do train stations ?
A. We serve Roissy Charles de Gaulle (CDG), Orly (ORY) and Beauvais
(BVA) airports, as well as all the parisian train stations and the
TGV train station at Roissy Charles de Gaulle.
Q. How far in advance can I change or cancel my reservation ?
A. Reservations can be changed or cancelled up to 24 hours before
transfer with no charge.
Q. At which terminal will the driver drop me off ?
A. The driver will drop you off at the terminal from which your
flight leaves, please give him this information when you are in the car.
Q. Why must I confirm my departure 24 hours before ?
You must confirm your departure at least 24 hours in
advance to make sure that all the information concerning flight times, airport
and
pick-up address are correct.
Q. Do you provide car seats for children under 3 ?
A. Yes, for safety reasons we do provide car seats for children.
Please make your request when you fill in your reservation form.
Q. What are your office hours ? What hours do you operate ?
A. Our office and our phone lines operate 7 days a week from 7am to
11pm. Our vans generally operate between 4am and 10pm.
